  • Kandidat harus memiliki pengalaman minimal 10 tahun di proyek-proyek oil & gas dengan latar belakang pendidikan minimal S1. Atau 15 tahun pengalaman di oil &gas dengan pendidikan terakhir setara SMA.
  • Bisa memahami P&ID dan familiar dengan pengoperasian ladang minyak on-shore.
