Finance & Accounting Manager

Job Desription :

• Control the business growth & strategic plan for the business
• Review & control the financial risk & commercial risk, report to region Office.
• Control the 3 year business plan of the company and discuss the actual result with MD.
• Oversee & control the Budget & Forecast (quarterly)
• Oversee & review the Financial Report both Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet (based on IFRS & GAAP)
• Oversee & review all taxes With holding taxes (local & overseas)
  

- VAT (local & overseas)
- Personnel income tax, etc

• Oversee the policy & the standard terms of the business is implemented properly both for clie
• Control & Review the client agreement/contract agreement with clients & supp;iers.
• nts & suppliers.
• Control & monitor the audit of the Smart Bidding System (Pricing System) to avoid any loss.
• Responsible for the implementation of Business Continuity Plan.
• Control & review the capital expenditure budget & the actual usage.
• Control the schedule of project and support with all necessary equipment immediately (project management control)
• Oversee & review the set up the KPI & control the actual achievement, cooperate with inter-department Head & HR Manager

Requirements :

• Male/Female age between 34 - age 42 yr.
• Bachelor degree/Master Degree in Accounting or Economics
• Posses excellent knowledge of Cash Flow
• Posses working knowledge of commercial laws and their applications.
• Having experience in IFRS, Budget, Forecasting
• Good understanding of PPh 21 (Personnel Income Tax)
• Good understanding Indonesian tax and accounting regulation.
• Computer literacy and trustworthy.
• Ability to motivate subordinates and ensure their growth and development.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Min. 7 year relevant experience.
• Decision maker and Excellent communicator.
• Fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Strong personality & self motivation person
