PT. MentariTimur Unggul, based in Jakarta, is the distributor for MTU products for the whole of Indonesia, with product ranges from marine engines, railway engines and tank engines. Our office is in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat area. Staff of 30-35 will be under your supervision and management. We are trying to accelerate growth and manage in internal staff matters to be in order.

Human Resource Department Manager/ General Affairs

The Job
Responsible in recruitment process starting from sourcing the candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, references check, handling correspondence with candidates and updating the recruitment process, employee relation, staffing, performance management review and update of job descriptions, review and update the HR system and procedure as well as to review and analyze its current salary structure and job grading in order to ensuring these are competition within industry standards. Take care of training and setting company rules (according to DEPNAKER guidelines) and handle worker’s insurance claim, medical, maternity leave, etc. work closely with petty cash department to monitor claims by staffs.

Requirements:

• Min D3 from reputable institution or S1 from reputable university with background in public relation/ human resource management/psychology or similar discipline of social science.
• Familiar with rough guidelines on major DEPNAKER guidelines
• Excellent command in English (both oral and written), ACTIVE usage
• Have at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Max 30 years of age
• Self-motivated, energetic, friendly, independent, can work as a team, possess leadership qualities
• Capable of using computer, microsoft and internet communication.
