FINANCE CONTROLLER
Work Location: JAKARTA

Qualifications:

• Gender: MALE / FEMALE
• Minimum of age: 35 years old
• S1 degree in Finance / Accounting from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Finance, with minimum 10 years in managerial level in Property.
• Has good working experience in managing finance and asset management function in a bigger scope of company
• Good knowledge on Banking Facility, Equity Funding
• Excellent on Cash Flow Management and Controller
• Detail oriented, good in analytical skill
• Has good computer skills (MS Office)
• Physically & mentally healthy
• Able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
