Our client, a multi national manufacturing company (Japan) in Chemical Industry located in Merak - Banten, is looking for highly qualified candidates for the positions as follows :

HRD Supervisor - Ass Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business/HR Management
• Experience in HRD area for +/- 5 years, especially in Organization Development, People Development & Performance Management through Balance Scorecard
• Preferably Male, 30 -40 years and has willingness to be placed at Merak
• Good analytical and staregic thinking
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good in English & Computer literate
