We are expanding our sales and services to Indonesia market, therefore we are looking for individual who has the passion to make difference as :

General Administrator ( GA )

Responsibilities:
  • Organizes office support staff (accounting, drivers, etc.)
  • Handling customer’s enquiries and quotations
  • Maintains accounting records
  • Maintains bank accounts in Indonesia
  • Manages payroll and HR functions
  • Maintains relationships with working and administrative levels of partner companies, government offices and other third-parties
Qualifications:
  • Min degree in D3 (Diploma)
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same position
  • More preferably knowing MYOB accounting program
  • Familiar doing all projects and tenders documentations for governments and privates companies, such as mining, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, etc
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • More preferably, liaise with English speaking and writing
  • Energetic, self motivated and hard worker
  • Detailed and accurate
