Recruitment Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 30 years old
• Bachelor in Psychology with at least 1 year of recruitment experience
• Have a good knowledge about Psychological test and scoring
• Strong administrative skills, general uses of computer software and fluent in English
• Strong relationship building skills, a passion for improvement and the ability to influence
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Possess good communication skills, particularly in liaison with internal customer
