A well-established MNC in TOWN is URGENTLY seeking suitable candidates to join their dynamic team as:

ACCOUNTS MANAGER (2)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advise management on the financial implications of key decisions
• Prepare budgets and manage budget targets
• Supervise the preparation and submit financial statements, forecast, budgets and financial plans on monthly, annual on timely basis
• Perform variance analyses, quartely financial forecast and budgeting & costing
• Ensure closure of accounts meet with datelines
• Ensure proper administration of accounting and operations procedures
• Liaise with regional counterparts, internal and external auditors
• Engage in monthly closing, A/R management, cash flow forecast, payment, adhoc projects, etc
• Monitor cash flow position and prepare cash flow projections
• Prepare P&L projections & budgeting
• Manage daily operations of the finance division
• Responsible for all accounting and finace related functions including management reporting, credit control and cash flow management, fixed assets management, inventory management
• To lead a team to perform other ad-hoc financial activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business Administration / Accountancy or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting role in a dynamic MNC environment
• Familiar with Financial Accounting/Cost Accounting/Audit/Finance (Banking, AR Hedging), full sets of accounts, existing and proposed accounting standards and regulatory requirements and taxation
• Strong communication skills and able to work with people at all levels and culture
• Adaptable to organization culture and highly resourceful
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apllications & SAP
• Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and vendors

WORKING HOURS/LOCATION/REMUNERATON:

• Negotiable according to experience and qualifications
