Qualifications:

• S1 degree in Psychology major, preferably with Psychology proficiency
• Min. 4 years experience in HRD in multinational company/mining/oil & gas/manufacturing
• Self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Solution oriented, multi tasked and committed to meet deadlines
• Experience and good knowledge and understanding of DEPNAKER rules, Income tax employee, jamsostek and insurance policies.
• Familiar with setting up HR system and policy, formulating company policies, implementing manpower strategies and procedures
• Ability to communicate and interact with company employees at all levels
• Ability to motivate teams
• Willing to travel and work under pressure and long hours
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must
• Office location South Jakarta, and Bali
