Legal Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage all legal activities within the company groups through providing legal advise and counsel, modifying legal policies and procedures, reviewing companies documents.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Have knowledge in corporate law and all respective laws.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience at the same field preferably in mal business/real estate.
• Good negotiation skill and proficient in Legal English
• Mature, good interpersonal skill and strong leadership.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
