Assistant Financial Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide the Group and local Management with Strategic advice on all financial issues
• Ensure compliance with international and local statutory requirements and financial reporting standards, including standard operations policies and procedure
• Timely and accurate reporting, comprehensive analysis and reporting
• Overall management and review on operations and financial performancae
• Develop and implement financial plans, budget forecast cashflow and internal controls
• Financial staff management, motivation, training, recruitment and selection

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience in related fields of which 3 years at senior management level with strong exposure in finance
• Preferably senior management/general manager/CEO/VP/directors specializing in Finance-general/Cost accounting or equivalent
• Required skill (s): accounting finance, indonesian tax, cost accounting, treasury, investment advice, capital loan, bank matters, finacial statement
• Possess good interpersonal and leadership skill with firm, decisve and mature personality
• Highly committed to meet professional standards under tight deadlines
• High integrity, self-motivated, performance driven and able to work independently
• Candidates who can commence work within short notice would have added advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken english
• Applicants should be indonesian citizies or hold relevant residence status
