Purchasing Staff
(Tangerang)

Responsibilities:

• Primary Activities
• Negotiate and purchase materials, good or service at the best condition
• Contribute to the long and short term purchasing strategy for te goods or service required to be purchased
• Proactively search for optimal supply sources and select suppliers according to purchasing principle, best purchasing practices and te department procedures ( and in agreement with marketing/ engineering )
• Challenge specification / requirements to reduce complexity
• To communications effectively with suppliers in an effort to seek out continuous improvement and reduce tota cost
• Manage suppliers is to Cometal specifications or requirements
• Assist with suppliers visit and audits if required

Requirements:

• Male, age 25 – 30 yeard old
• Candidate must possess at least D3 /S1 Degree in economic, mechanical engineering (industrial) or equivalent
• Experience in the similar position for minimum 1 years
• Good knowledge about purchasing
• Required skill and negotiation skill
• Proficiency in English ( written & oral )
• Computer literate
• Higly motivated, loyal, self driven and result oriented
• Strong negotiation, good personality, communication and interpersonal skill
