PT Matahari Kahuripan Indonesia (MAKIN Group), is the holding company of numerous subsidiaries involved in various sectors of agribusiness, including palm oil (our major business), reforestation, timber estate, and clove plantation.

We are now looking for a highly qualified candidate for:

Officer – Recruitment (OR)

Requirements:

• Master of Psychology (Psychologist), min. 5 years experience in Recruitment
• Posses strong knowledge of various psychological assessment tools & recruitment process
• Strong analytical thinking, good interpersonal skill, ability to work underpressure
• Willingness to travel to our plantation location
