Financial Controller
(Saudi Arabia)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the General Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible in managing the daily operational matters of the Finance Department as well as setting and achieving finance related objectives for the hotel through the implementation of effective financial management for the hospitality industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity / position in a quality hospitality establishment. Please note that: preference is given to those candidates with proven audit experience and or international working experience.
• Bachelor Degree of professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) in Finance/Accounting and a member of a recognized professional body.
• Carries a pleasant and outgoing personality and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command in written and spoken English as well as Bahasa Malaysia.
• Target-oriented, team player and strong motivator.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, have strong training abilities and able to lead a dedicated team.
• Able to set priorities under challenging and demanding circumstances with a sense of urgency.
• High tolerance for pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated, creative, proactive, analytical thinking.
• Work systematically, with the initiative and discipline to plan, execute and achieve results.
