Field Training Officer

General Requirement:

• S1 with min. GPA 2.75
• Age max.32 years
• Minimum 1 years experience in sales/marketing field or experience in training sales force

Personal Requirement:

• Good communication & presentation skill
• Able to lead a group of people
• Heavy traveling all over Indonesia (10-20 Days/Month)

Technical Requirement:

• Able to make and deliver training module
• Able to do training need analysis and evaluation
• Master selling skill and marketing concepts
