License & Permit Manager (LPM)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be responsible for managing License, Permit, and its paperworks (IMB, Land Certificate, etc) management related to new stores development and expansion. We are looking for a perfect one. Therefore, he or she must has experiences in such field with strong administrative, negotiation, and management skills. An ideal candidate would come from a company that developed and managed large office building blocks, large-scale real estate projects, large scale plazas and malls, etc.

This position is open for anyone with any educational background. Because, we are focusing on candidates on their character, experiences, contributions and commitment to the Company that he / she work for to date.
